Translation Notes From Robert Paige & the Utena Translation Project:

Stromatolite,

We couldn't find what "sutorosu toraito" is. It's likely to be a typo of "sutoromatoraito," which is "Stromatolite." The katakana for "ma" and "su" look pretty similar.

Oceanic Rose,
Oceanic Lily,
Oceanic Apple
Oceanic Flower Buds.
Oceanic Angel,
Oceanic Mirror,
Oceanic Gate,
Oceanic Haze.
"uminobara", "uminoyuri", "umiringo", "umitsubomi", "umitenshi", "umikagami", "umitobira", "umikagerou" - We do not know if these actually exist, but they are supposed to be names of paleontologic creatures.

The Oceanic You,
The Oceanic Me,
"uminoanata", "uminowatashi" - These are also supposed to be names of creatures as they are written in katakana (and from the context). Names of creatures are usually written in katakana.

to the bottom of the sea, where I will be me.

"boku ga boku suru umi no soko" --- There is a word "bokusuru" meaning to "tell a person's fortune," but it doesn't fit in the context. And "bokusuru" is a very literary word and always written in kanji, but here it's written in hiragana. It seems it makes more sense to interpret this "boku" as "me." Yet, that is just an educated guess.
