Context Clues from suchong (July 2022):

'Scipio's dream'
...is a reference to a chapter in Cicero's De Re Publica, titled 'Scipio's Dream'. Scipio Africanus according to tradition had prophetic dreams, and the topic of the dream in particular Cicero recounts is the nature of the astronomical universe and immortal souls. Most relevant to the remainder of the lyrics seems to be the following quote:
"Yes indeed they are alive, who have soared away from the bonds of the body, as from a prison-house; but your life, as it is called, is really death... [I]t is not you that are mortal, but this body... Know then that you are a god; [...] as the universe which is in some degree perishable is moved by God, who is himself eternal, so is the frail body moved by an immortal soul."

Translation Notes from allegoriest:

The last actual line is sorta like “Death will come without exception,” but I couldn’t think of how to word it better. The spira mirabilis is a math-y equation thing, and math is stupid, so I don’t know math. But its the way that snails and ammonite shells wind, and the way hurricanes go. I only know this for artistic reasons. :/

Translation Notes From Robert Paige & the Utena Translation Project:

in Scipio's dream

That's the only name of a celebrity we could find for the Japanese "suki pio."
Scipio:
1. Publius Cornelius S. Aemilianus Africanus Minor Numantius; 185-129BC; Roman General.
(An adopted child of the firstborn child of 2)
2. Publius Cornelius S. Africanus Major; 236-184BC; Roman General.

But we do not know how they are related to the lyrics. Did they make Spira Mirabilis Theater?

mai mai mai mai
"maimai" is a Japanese word for "snail," and it seems to fit in the context. But we decided to treat it as chant and not to translate into English.
