Mankind’s Pedigree Imaginary Dwarf Star Ryuugo
Translation by allegoriest
The shadow stirs
This power
Reformation
The darkness revolves
This power
Revolution
Righteousness is humanity’s riddle
That crevice where the spirit of existence is
Answer
Me
Only
Go
And achieve
Potential
Mankind, Earth, Eternity
Mankind, Earth, without an end
Mankind, Earth, ahh, death and rebirth
Mankind, Earth, simply repetitious things
Virtual birth
Virtual me
Virtual relationship
Virtual life
Virtual earth
Virtual planets
Inquiry and again silence
therefore
Every possible excuse
Those who don’t know
Those who cannot know
Dark dwarf star
Dwarf star
Dark dwarf star
Dwarf star
Dwarf star
Dwarf star
Dwarf star
Dwarf star
It’s me
Extrahuman Imagination Dwarf Star Hourglass
Translation by Katie
Shadows are moving.
That power:
Transformation.
Darkness is returning.
That power:
Revolution.
The right way is solving humanity’s mysteries,
That rift ahead in the soul of existence,
Replying,
The Possibility
I
Alone
Can
attain.
The human realm, the earthly realm, the eternal realm.
The human realm, the earthly realm, never-ending.
The human realm, the earthly realm, oh, death and rebirth!
The human realm, the earthly realm, only repetition.
Virtual birth,
Virtual me,
Virtual relationships,
Virtual life,
Virtual earth:
Virtual planet.
Silence in spite of questioning:
Therefore,
Each and every
Thing unknowing,
Thing unknown.
Shadow-black dwarf star,
Dwarf star,
Shadow-black dwarf star,
Dwarf star,
Dwarf star,
Dwarf star,
Dwarf star,
Dwarf star:
It’s me!

Translation Notes From allegoriest:

Ryuugo
Ryuugo is written like a foreign name. I think there’s also a name that’s something like “our prosperity” but it’s written out like it’s not in Japanese.

The third section is weird. I think the last six lines are a conversation, the first three are the request and the last are the reply, but honestly, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Dark dwarf star
Ankokushokuwaisei is a darker than black dwarf star. kokushokuwaisei is the actual name for a Black Dwarf. A black dwarf is just a white dwarf that has theoretically lost its heat and light. However, black dwarfs do not exist because the universe isn’t old enough to contain one. Which means they’re all imaginary I guess. I assume a darker than black dwarf star would assumedly be completely dead and lacking heat and light, which is again, impossible because the everything isn’t old enough. Also the plural is dwarfs. Meanwhile in star land, the Sun is apparently a yellow dwarf. It in theory should swell to a red giant, collapse into a nebula with the core as a white dwarf and burn out into a black dwarf.

It’s worth nothing that recentlyish, Seazer DID revisit Shura -Corporal Constellation αψζ Nebula- which is apparently about a white dwarf, as it reaches the Chandrasekhar limit, which is the mass a white dwarf can reach before gravitational collapse, which seems to result in a supernova. Or I mean, it could collapse into a black hole I guess. Also obviously, Virtual is a star too. Like, that was the ending theme.

Translation Notes From Katie:

"Extra" (title)
“Extra” here represents a prefix meaning “outside of,” used for concepts like “extrasolar planet” (planet beyond our Sun). リュウゴ seems to be an alternative way of writing 輪鼓, but since it’s in katakana, it’s hard to be sure. 輪鼓 usually refers to hourglass drums, but it can also be used for other hourglass-shaped objects. The reason I ended up going with just “hourglass” is because I learned there is something called the Engraved Hourglass Nebula... no connection to this word in its kanji, but still. It’s a planetary nebula, and those are produced from white dwarf stars.

Replying,
隙間, or sukima, means crevice. Maeni, or 前に, means “ahead”. I think Seazer combined these words. 隙間にある can also be read as suki ainiaru, meaning “intervening”.

Shadow black dwarf star
Seazer combined the compound ankoku (暗黒), darkness, with the compound kokushokuwaisei (黒色矮星), black dwarf. A black dwarf star is what a white dwarf star is thought to come to in the end... thought to because there’s no evidence of one actually existing in the real world in the present or past, and apparently, the estimate for how long it would take for a black dwarf to form... is longer than the current estimate for the age of the universe, so it’s very likely they don’t exist... for now, from a linear-time perspective. Science is amazing.

Translation Notes From EJ:

Ningenkeigai/Extra-human
The suffix “-keigai” (系外) is used in compounds referring to astrological concepts that in English use “extra-” or “trans-” (such as extrasolar planet, extragalactic nebula, or trans-Neptunian object), so it’s “extra-human” in the sense of being beyond humans/far away from humans/not within the usual “orbit” of humans. I know it sounds a bit weird, but, well, transhuman already means something different, so extra-human it is.
