WIPC: They can be divine spirits, they can
be evil spirits WIPC: Ah, even if Heaven's vapors were brought here... This song is written in archaic Japanese used before 16th century. Most Japanese people don't understand unless they're familiar with the archaic Japanese. We did understand and were able to translate it, but there was one thing we couldn't figure out: The lyrics written on the CD booklet says this line contains the word "kaki" which we translated as "vapors", but we're not very sure what it means. Besides, the chorus sings this part as "hooki" instead of "kaki", so we suspect this may be a typo. The character "hoo" which means "cheek" looks somewhat similar to the character "ka". Even so, we're not sure what "hooki" would mean. |
