This is a static copy of In the Rose Garden, which existed as the center of the western Utena fandom for years. In Flagrante Delicto,the NSFW subforum that was limited to users is not included, though I do have it. A lot of people spoke in confidence in that space and I would not want to betray them. The rest is a massive archive of the forum's history. Some images are broken, things like that. I apologize. But enjoy, and explore where the fandom was during this period. :D
