I wasn't thinking characterization as such, more about Mars Abridged's No Indoor Voice. It could also serve as a good reason why he finds her so annoying.

I've already planned out the series, so there is a super dooper big chance that suggestions made here aren't in it. You guys will just have to wait and see what comes up!

FYI: SKU:PID, and most of the other series I work on don't take outside suggestions from fans, or even other abridgers/voice artists. A good chunk only have writing and brainstorming limited to 1-2 people, with no one else on the team getting a say. One of reasons for this is that people usually end up saying things like "Do something like X from series Y!" or try to shoehorn something outside of the writing/humor style and series vision. It's a lot better to write original and focused than to run the risk of having the end product seem like a rip-off or a delayed and overwrought hodge podge of misdirected ideas.

I'm sure you could take your ideas and make your own series though! Since you already have a few ideas, I'm sure you'd be able to make your own vision for an Utena fan series.

I really liked Naji's Utena Abridged, and I was pretty sad when I discovered it was no longer being updated. I hope you guys don't share the same fate, because you're really good.

Nanji's was super awesome, and it totally sucks that some of them got taken down. I'd be a super happy penguin if it started updating again. In the mean time, we're gonna stick around till End of the World. emot-dance ...but it might be super slow between episodes.

That was just amazing. Great writing, great acting, and decent quality control too! I can't really say what my favorite gag was, every line was gold.

Glad you enjoyed it! The Utena remastered footage is a bit hard to work with because of the shaky frames and eternal panning. It's loads easier than the CPM DVD footage though!
