Well, I'm going to have to say I get all hot for the more mature type. What can I say? The earrings and the tie are major turn-ons. He's athletic and quite clever. Not to mention his impeccable skills - he manages to sleep with both Anthy and Utena. Additional bonus: he's also quite attracted to handsome boys as well. Also, he looks good in an apron. Although a mysterious and occasionally ominous figure in the series, I've seen just enough of his personality and powerful aura to make me quiver with desire.
...I am, of course, referring to Chu-Chu.

1. Shiori, Shiori, Shiori. I find her cuter in the series, but sexier in the movie. Both are good.
2. Next would be Kozue, because she has an air of danger about her (coupled with the fact that she is smokin' hot).

1. Movie Anthy - She's not a bad girl, she's just drawn that way. 
2. Juri - Lesbian drool-fest FTW!
3. Utena - like a delicious little pink 
4. Movie Shiori - She's self serving yet vulnerable, and really cute.
5. Kozue - It's just the vibe...and the hair! I've got a thing about hair...
Boys:
1. Touga - Prince Charming, deep voice, long hair...need we continue?
2. Akio - similar to #1 but with scandal, incest, and rape, weeee!

2. Juri because of her sardonic nature/humor and loveable smirks.
And Movie!Shiori, although I love her series persona way, way, way better. I need a giant meshing world where I can combine them into one amazing being!

To be fair if we're going for sheer OH IT'S PRETTIES RAPERAPERAPE, then it's probably movie Touga. Unfortunately he has the depth of a wading pool during a drought. Such is so often the way with bishonen. Although really he's just regular Touga's design but with even longer hair and a black outfit. (Black does wonders for the boy. Perhaps that's how Akio seduced him. 'Hey, you know what would look great on you? Black.' 'What?' 'Why don't we try that out right now in the back of my car?' 'You're a powerful figure in the school. Here's my ass.'
Akio, you have nice turns of phrase, but your points aren't clear and you have no textual support. I can't give this a passing grade.

For me it's a toss-up between Akio (see: GIO'S POST ) and Saionji, for his harsh-lined face and his utterly unintentional vulnerabilities.
Then it's Mikage and Tatsuya.
As for girls, Wakaba equals adorable, and Nanami has a wonderful variety of facial expressions that endear me.

Juri. Hands down. I have a thing for tall, elegant, slightly aggressive ladies. Her first duel with Utena was really sexy.
Otherwise, Akio is kind of attractive but creeps me out too much. Anthy is also hot in a strange, mess-with-your-mind way.
None of the others really do it for me.
