24 was my guesstimate, too.
Which means Kozue can drink anywhere in any part of the world, and has been able to for 3 years as of now. That in itself is a scary thought. Although I wonder if she'd just be buying and serving instead of the other.

For Kozue, I'd give her a plane ticket to Hollywood to meet and date all the hot guys in the entertainment business. (Yes, I know, there're a ton more hot guys in Europe, but I think they're harder to track down)

Their birthday is the 28th, actually (the day after mine; a big nerd is me!). The last 10 days or so of May are ruled by Gemini. How obvious, the twins in the series are also the Twins.
Off-topic gripe: It gets a little annoying to find things for people born in May (bookmarks, mugs, etc.), only to find that the characteristics used describe or are suited to Taurus, which rules the bulk of May. (This gripe does not apply to zodiac-specific things, of course.) At the very least, the gift I'd get Miki and Kozue would not make such a mistake.
