Description: These designs are clearly primarily from the first arc, because in later episodes, the style seems to shift to a more angular look, especially for these two characters, as if they were aged a bit. Touga's design sheets especially look like he was finalized when they hadn't entirely settled on the aesthetic for the series. Kid Touga and Saionji are god damn adorable, though.
