This episode has it all! Even Akio's Arc wasn't going to be without a whacky Nanami episode. The themes explored in this one, however, are consistent with the placement of the episode in the more serious final episodes. It's a strangely touching episode, pointing out the ridiculousness of secrets we keep for no reason but the fact that no one bothered to tell us they were normal. If not over your period, you did the same thing at some point, at her age.
