It's pretty much his version of a silly hijinks episode, except instead of turning into a cow or laying an egg, he sexually frustrates half the female cast while smugly zooming about in his shiny Corvette, indulging a suspicious foot fetish, and making important school administrators terrified of him. Hell, we're introduced to new female cast members just so he can sexually antagonist them. It's actually kind of ridiculous. By the way, something that wasn't apparent on the horrifying 10th generation fansubs I first saw this with: his eyes are open while he's kissing Utena.
