Author's Interpretation - Last of GERTZEN
It's supposed to be about Akio, Utena and Dios. Gertzen the great is
Dios,
that line means how he has fallen. A great paradise lost is a
meteaphor for
how Utena's fantasy world of childhood has been lost. The second
stanza is
about Akio, and how he has let hell take him over. The third stanza
means Akio is
playing with the student council, Utena, and Anthy like broken little
dolls
and how Utena will defy him. Gertzen is Dios, Akio, and Utena. |
